The MonsterInsights EU Compliance addon helps you improve compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

European data laws such as the Cookie rule and GDPR can make it challenging to understand what to do to make your website compliant, especially when it comes to analytics.

So, we built a simple addon that automatically takes care of the most important aspects of the changes required to save you precious time. It integrates with two of the most popular cookie consent plugins for WordPress in a way that requires no confusing settings and no difficult implementation changes.

Our EU Compliance Addon for MonsterInsights automatically:

1. Disables the Demographics and Interests Reports for Remarketing and Advertising.
2. Anonymizes IP addresses.
3. Integrates with the Cookie Notice plugin with no changes required to MonsterInsights.
4. Allows users of the AMP addon to have a Google AMP Consent Box to be agreed to before tracking a user.
5. Disables UserID and author name tracking.
6. Integrates with the CookieBot plugin with no code changes required to MonsterInsights.

While the settings page is accessible in the Tracking tab, everything works out of the box automatically, and there’s nothing to be configured.
